- Plan Includes Unlimited 3G Data Sim Card. The 3G Data Sim Card will only be installed in phones that will be residing in the continental USA. 3G Data Sim cards can only be used in a TeleVerus approved device or an Unlocked GSM Smart CellPhone.

- Note: For (International Distributors - Those Outside U.S.) should not order this plan until we have an International Data Sim Card solution.
- Note: For (U.S. Distributors) - This service can only be used on approved GSM Smart CellPhones like a Nokia E71, etc... If you travel outside the USA and use the 3G Sim Card you will be charged global roaming and overage fees. Please change your phone setting to Wi-Fi access only when travelling outside the US to make calls to avoid global roaming fees.
- Note: Please be advised that the 3G Data Sim Cards requires a minimum 12 month service commitment. In the event that you terminate your service that is deployed with the 3G Data Sim Card before the 12 months expire, TeleVerus reserves the right to charge your credit card on file with an early termination fee of $250.00.
